About the role:

The person appointed will be an experienced governance professional with strong leadership and strategic planning skills and the ability to build positive relationships, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the Board and senior leaders. Enthusiasm, drive and confidence to ensure governance arrangements continue to be robust and effective are essential.
We are seeking candidates who will bring experience of working with Boards and who have a sound knowledge of governance and policy frameworks. However, this does not necessarily have to be FE specific.
