We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Senior MIS Systems and Reports Developer to join our college community.

About the role:

The main purpose of this role is to:

develop, implement and maintain business intelligence reports to enable the College to maximise performance and monitor the utilisation of resources using BI tools such as SSRS and Power BI

review, develop and implement systems and processes to support students, staff and other stakeholders as part of the MIS development team, ensuring that processes are streamlined, administration is reduced and accurate data is captured once

line manage the MIS Reporting and Systems team, providing an excellent cross-college service which adheres to both internal and external deadlines and ensures on-going upskilling of all team members

working with the Head of MIS and Reporting, plan and implement improvements within all student data management products (i.e. Advanced products) and existing related systems to ensure sector best practice performance in systems and business analysis

proactively develop and implement performance, quality and business systems and software in order to meet college quality, efficiency, and compliance objectives.

support the Head of MIS and Reporting to develop and implement systems and reporting mechanisms to advance the College’s strategic direction

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
